All HAIR CARE orders have a processing time frame of 1-2 business days.
All HAIR EXTENSIONS orders have a processing time frame of 3-7 business days.
PROCESSING TIME: The time between when an order is placed by a customer and when the order is fulfilled by the business. Processing days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. If you place an order on a Friday, your processing time starts the next business day meaning Monday. We DO NOT process orders on the weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING: All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail shipping which is normally 1-3 business days. Express shipping which is normally 1-2 business days is also available to orders placed in the U.S.
For all orders, please make sure your address is accurate and all apartment numbers are listed as well. La Belle Hair Co will not be responsible for any misdeliveries due to inaccurate addresses. Any returned orders will result in customers' covering reshipping costs.
La Belle Hair Co will also not be responsible for any stolen or damaged packages. If there is any issue regarding your delivery, please contact USPS Customer Service.
HIGH VOLUME SHIPPING DURING HOLIDAYS:
Please understand that during holidays, third party shipping companies are not on schedule especially the post office (USPS). We, LA BELLE HAIR CO, are not responsible for any delayed shipping due to the package being out of our hands and with the third party shipping company. If you have any questions about the tracking status of an order once the package has been shipped, please contact the third party shipping company.
We will accept returns on items that are defective or incorrect, in which a new package will be sent. Our return policy lasts 5 days. Meaning you have 5 days to send your item back to La Belle Hair Co after receipt. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase and/or receipt of item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. That means that the item cannot be opened or used. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges are only allowed if the items are defective or incorrect. Please be sure to follow the return policy in order to be eligible for an exchange.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
